You can see great results without having to do much traditional cardio. I would recommend more volume with weight training like supersets and circuits. Utilizing compound movements over isolation movements, and keep an eye on your recovery between sets. The goal is to keep your heart rate up. For cardio, you could try Tabatas, and conditioning circuits. Tabatas are circuits where you go all out, max effort for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for a total of 4 minutes. You can choose just about any exercises for this. Conditioning circuits should be performed after weights, and can be about 2 minutes of farmer's carries, sled pulls, tire flips, tsunami ropes, etc. 10-15 minutes of activity is enough to help get you lean!
